Beautiful vintage 3-seater sofa "De Ster Gelderland" – design by B. Spuij(s) – 1950s
Beautiful and stylish 3-seater sofa from the 1950s by De Ster Gelderland, designed by B. Spuijs. A stunning example of Dutch mid-century design, featuring an elegant, organically shaped teak frame.
The sofa is in good, original condition. The teak frame is excellently preserved and is sturdy and neat. Over the years, the original mustard-yellow upholstery has acquired a slight, charming discoloration, befitting its age. There is some light wear on the back of the cushions; otherwise, the sofa presents itself very beautifully.
