Product description
Vintage floor lamp by GEPO Amsterdam, produced between 1970 and 1979. This elegant lamp features a slender standing base with a characteristic adjustable Eyeball shade. The shade can be adjusted both in height and direction, making the lamp highly practical while allowing the light to be positioned exactly as desired; ideal for both functional and atmospheric lighting.
With its clean lines and chrome finish, this piece fits perfectly within a retro, vintage, or mid-century modern interior and remains a timeless example of Dutch lighting design from the Space Age era.
The lamp is in vintage condition with visible signs of use consistent with its age. Photos provide a state of the lamp. Small dents and discoloring on the eyeball.
The lamp is not marked, but based on documentation and comparison with known examples and period advertisements, we have confidently concluded that this is an authentic Gepo model.
