Product description
Superb Reimari soup set designed by Inkeri Leivo for Arabia Finland, vintage from the 1970s-1980s. Porcelain or glazed earthenware. An elegant Scandinavian-style set comprising a tureen and twelve matching soup plates. It can also be used as a fruit salad serving set; the plates are also perfect for salads, pasta, or as appetizer bowls. The clean design combines a wide black band with thin orange and yellow borders on a white background, typical of Nordic design of the period.
The plates measure 21cm in diameter and 3.5cm in height. The tureen is 17cm high with its lid, 13cm without the lid, and approximately 23cm in diameter. The set is in very good overall condition, with little use. The tureen is immaculate, while the plates show only a few light, superficial scratches from use and very few, if any, cutlery marks. One plate has a small, discreet imperfection in the design. Approximately 5-6kg for the whole set.
