Vintage 1950s Ceramic Clown Head Table Lamp
An unusual and characterful vintage ceramic clown head table lamp dating from the 1950s. Hand-painted with expressive features and mounted on its original wooden base, this eye-catching lamp makes a wonderful decorative piece for lovers of mid-century design, retro interiors and quirky collectibles.
The lamp retains its original wiring, Bakelite plug and internal bayonet bulb holder. It is currently shown with a blue globe bulb to enhance its playful appearance, but it can equally be used with a clear, white or coloured bulb to create a different look.
