Rare glazed ceramic goat's head pocketknife by Roger Capron, France, 1960's with black wrought-iron yoke, representing the animal's body. The pocketknife is in excellent condition, with no visible chips or impacts. Roger Capron (1922-2006) was a famous French sculptor and painter. In 1952, Roger Capron bought a disused pottery to embark on his own ceramic adventure. His work is exhibited at ceramic trade shows such as the Salon des Ateliers d'Art de Paris (SAA), the Salon du Meuble and the Salon Batimat. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
