Product description
Set of two vintage Japanese geisha/maiko figures, manufactured in the late 1970s–1980s. Both figures are executed in a highly detailed style and intended as high-quality interior decoration.
Materials & Finish
Faces and hands in a hard resin/wax composite with a soft, matte finish.
Hand-painted facial features with fine brushstroke details.
Richly detailed kimonos in multi-layered brocade with metallic accents (lurex).
Finished with sequins, beads, and traditional hair ornaments.
Includes parasols and other fragile accessories.
Condition
Excellent condition: no discoloration, no stains, no damage to fabric or accessories. The figures have always been stored dust-free and look virtually new.
