The Savina collection was conceived as a soft, architectural seating landscape, with Viccarbe describing the design as a reinterpretation of the sensation of “sitting on a cloud” or floating on water. This example is upholstered in a beautiful light grey Kvadrat Steelcut Trio wool fabric, TR01 Mist Grey. The fabric gives the sofa a sophisticated, tactile surface with a subtle three-dimensional weave. Steelcut Trio is known for its complex yet calm expression, created from three differently coloured yarns, with a surface reminiscent of small pyramids or steel points. The sofa has a low, generous silhouette with rounded arms, deep seating and softly padded modular volumes. Its understated grey tone gives it a quiet, contemporary presence, making it suitable for a high-end residential interior, gallery space, hotel lounge, office lobby or architectural living environment.
