This very rare extendable dining table is a collaborative design by Kurt Østervig and Carl Madsen, manufactured by P Jeppesen Møbelfabrik in Denmark during the 1950s. The piece exemplifies the refined craftsmanship and functional elegance characteristic of mid-century Danish design.
The top of the table is made of teak, the four round extension leaves in beech. The table is in a good vintage condition, some wear with age and use.
