This elegant accent lamp is upcycled from an original Scheurich ceramic vase from the 1960s/70s. Its slender, almost columnar shape and characteristic textured casting give the vase a timeless elegance, making it a classic example of West German pottery.
The delicate relief of the ceramic, reminiscent of organic structures found in nature, is particularly beautiful. This motif is echoed in the handcrafted lampshade. The high-quality fabric with its intricate coral pattern not only harmonizes with the ceramic in color but also reflects its textured surface. The result is an exceptionally cohesive look, where the vase and lampshade appear as if they were made for each other.
With its slim silhouette, the lamp is ideal as a stylish light source on a sideboard, windowsill, or shelf, where it creates an elegant effect even in a small space.

Conversion to a Lamp
The original Scheurich vase has been carefully converted into a lamp. No drilling was done, thus preserving the original condition of the ceramic and its collector's value. The conversion is completely reversible.
Due to its slender shape and relatively small footprint, I recommend placing the lamp on a secure, level surface and avoiding high-traffic areas.
Technology – Wireless & Flexible
The lamp is powered by a rechargeable LED bulb, which can be charged via a USB-C cable. It provides up to 12 hours of light. The bulb can be purchased separately for approximately €12. The LED bulb is suitable for outdoor use. It can be dimmed using the included remote control – several light colors are available. Thanks to its cordless design, this lamp is particularly well-suited for locations without a direct power outlet, such as balconies, patios, or gardens.
