Love at first sight. Purchased in London in the early 2000s. Surrealist composition by Alain Gaudet (France) on compressed wood panel. Technique: collage enhanced with gouache. In perfect condition. Wooden frame in good condition with some signs of age and frosted plexiglass. Probably the most beautiful work of its kind we've ever owned. Titled: Bahamas. Dated: 1979. Handwritten signature by Alain Gaudet. Frame dimensions: 128 x 88 cm. Artwork dimensions: 118 x 77 cm.
