Product description
Very special imperfect Venetian pendant lamp.
The lamp consists of an iron frame into which glass has been blown.
Not only the shape but also this color is unique.
The lamp has quite a few "imperfections"; see the last 9 photos (after the white photo), with descriptions below for each photo:
1 a dark spot in the glass
2 a small piece of glass (1 x 1 cm) was missing from the lid; this has been glued back in with clear 2-component glue, very neatly and not really visible.
3 close up of the repair.
4 inside of the repair plus a second small black spot in the glass
5 small black spot on the lid with the light on.
6 a section at the bottom is less clear than the other sections.
7 there is a kind of craquelé at the bottom of the glass which is visible with the light on.
8 craquelé with light off
9 craquelé on the inside; the glass is not cracked all the way through and is simply sturdy and smooth on the inside. I can't put it any more honestly.
Despite all the "imperfections," it remains a beautiful eye-catcher, where all the flaws are only noticeable when you look right up close.
The lamp will be carefully packaged and shipped via registered and insured mail.
