Rare Venetian Art Deco sideboard in fine woods such as Burl Walnut, Plume Walnut, and Rosewood, with maple trim.
From the side, it is spectacular, as its construction was inspired by the motion of waves.
The legs, along with the front with drawers and doors, form a sine wave.
The handles are crafted in shell-shaped brass, testifying to the sideboard's lagoon origins (Venice Lido).
A piece with remarkable visual impact.
Excellent proportions, with an unusual height for a sideboard.
Restored with shellac both inside and out according to period standards and in EXCELLENT, if not FABULOUS, condition.
