This is the Circlips dining table, designed by Dick Spierenburg for the Dutch brand Castelijn. The design immediately stands out due to the asymmetrical, organic leaf shape, which lends a playful and inviting dynamic to the dining area. The table features a matte black top and rests on three legs. Two of the legs are made of brushed stainless steel, while the third leg is crafted from black stained wood with a visible grain structure. This mix of metal and wood reinforces the contemporary character of the furniture. The original Castelijn brand label is still present on the underside. The table is in very neat condition and is structurally sound. The finish is original, and the piece has retained its characteristic appearance well. This dining table fits perfectly into a modern or Scandinavian interior. The organic shape breaks up the straight lines in a room and provides an ideal basis for cozy dinners with family or friends.
