Exceptional vintage table setting including a placemat and matching napkin, from Valombreuse Paris.
These sets belonged to my grandmother. She carefully preserved these linens for special occasions. Now they deserve to grace a beautiful table and enjoy a second life!
An antique rose is entirely hand-embroidered in satin stitch with ivy leaves, while the napkin features a delicate echo of a green and yellow rosebud. High-end finishing with hand-stitched Venetian lace around the entire edge.
The linen is in excellent condition, of very high quality, and the weave is strong. Dimensions: Placemat: 45 x 35 cm / Napkin: 45 x 45 cm.
There are some light, washable foxing/age stains due to storage; the price has been adjusted accordingly.
