Exceptional table setting comprising a placemat and matching napkin from the prestigious Valombreuse Paris.
These sets belonged to my grandmother. They are magnificent linens that she carefully preserved for special occasions. They now deserve to grace a beautiful table and enjoy a second life!
The design: An antique rose, entirely hand-embroidered in satin stitch with ivy leaves, is delicately echoed on the napkin with a green rosebud. High-end finish with Venetian lace around the entire edge.
Placemat: 50 x 35 cm / Napkin: 45 x 45 cm.
Condition: The linen is in excellent condition and the weave is very strong. There are some slight foxing/age stains due to storage (visible in the photos); the price has been adjusted accordingly.
