"Urio" modular bookcase designed in 1957 by Ico and Luisa Parisi for M.I.M. Roma. The bookcase is composed of two modules that also feature back panels, which were sold as optional extras and are rarely found today. The bookcase can be assembled in different ways, with or without back panels. If the back panels are removed, the metal support structures will be visible. You can also play with the positioning of the individual elements, choosing their placement according to your needs. The different finish colors are a curious feature, deliberately juxtaposed to create a contrast between the different wood types. In the dark finishes, the sides are light, creating a unifying effect between the colors. The bookcase has been fully finished and polished, ready for display. Dimensions: H. 220 cm - W. 197 cm - D. 46 cm (Each module is approximately 1 meter)
