A beautiful, monumental sculpture titled 'Comfort' by the renowned Dutch artist Geert Kunen, created in close collaboration with his son Roel Kunen. The sculpture is officially signed by the artists on the back of the base.
This is an extremely rare, extra-large (XL) version with an impressive height of no less than 62 cm. While most sculptures from this studio are more compact (15-30 cm), this large size is a rarity and an absolute eye-catcher for your interior, hallway, or (terrace) garden.
The sculpture depicts an intimate and emotional scene of a boy comforting a crying girl. The deep, warm appearance is due to the high-quality bronze coating (patina) that is permanently bonded to the ceramic. Details and dimensions:
