The Hay Can 2-seater sofa, designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, is a contemporary interpretation of the classic sofa. This model stands out due to its open, functional design in which the frame and cushions are visually separated, creating an airy appearance.
This sofa is constructed from a black metal tubular frame combined with a sturdy canvas back. The cushions are upholstered in a light fabric (very light grey) that forms a soft contrast with the dark structure. The design is typical of Scandinavian design, where simplicity and comfort go hand in hand.
The sofa is in reasonably good condition and retains its original charm and functionality. There are a few small stains on the upholstery (but this is washable) and a tear in the fabric (underneath the sofa, not visible).
