For sale are two original “Paper Collector” newspaper and magazine racks by the renowned Swiss designer Willi Gläser for Thomas Merlo & Partner (TMP).
Designed in 1989, the “Paper Collector” is now considered a true design classic and has been produced virtually unchanged for decades. Its clear, geometric design language embodies the transition from functional Swiss industrial design to the minimalist Space Age and high-tech influences of the late 1980s. The design is still appreciated today as a timeless example of successful design.
Made of continuously bent, high-quality chrome-plated steel, the rack impresses with its exceptional material quality and precise workmanship.
