Offered for sale: A beautiful, original vintage Christmas tree stand from the renowned Swiss glass factory Bülach (model No. 520). This iconic object dates from the 1930s/1950s and is made of heavy, atmospheric green pressed glass. The clever, patented design serves a dual function: As a Christmas tree base: Fill the glass reservoir with water to keep your Christmas tree green and fresh for longer. The metal collar with adjustment screws securely fastens the trunk. As an Art Deco vase / Upcycling project: The metal ring can be easily disassembled completely. This allows you to transform the base into a beautiful flower vase outside the Christmas season. Also perfect to use as a base for a unique DIY table lamp (with cork fitting)!
