The Story:
True luxury isn’t mass-produced; it is meticulously uncovered.
Born as a classic French Provincial cupboard, this solid wood piece has undergone a profound 35-hour transformation. It has been stripped of its tired past through 20 intensive hours of hand-sanding, then deeply nourished with a rich water based Oak Stain and 3 coats of pure, traditional Tung Oil. To ensure it handles the realities of modern life, we sealed it with professional marine-grade varnish and a final coat of cured wax. The result is a velvety, tactile finish where the honest grain of the wood completely takes center stage.
The open, low-slung lower bay serves as an sanctuary for your pet, completely removing unsightly pet beds from view. Above, two deep drawers with striking, steampunk motif hardware offer an elegant storage.
The Scent & Sound Curation:
We believe furniture should alter the energy of a room. This cabinet is curated alongside Lalique’s iconic fragrance, Encre Noire Sport. The deep, smoky, realistic vetiver notes of the perfume perfectly echo the dark, earthen tones of the restored oak grain. Each piece ships with a dedicated scent card and our custom restoration playlist—featuring the melancholic, textured layers of Slowdive's Souvlaki and Cocteau Twins.
