Set of 7 volumes, volumes 2 to 8, from 1779. Original leather binding, over 250 years old.
Author: Giovanni Boccaccio (14th century).
First edition, very good condition for its age. Dimensions: 14.5 cm x 9.5 cm.
Printing peculiarity: the S's in the middle of words have a different spelling, resembling an f but pronounced as an 's' and distinct from the topographical f. The S's at the end of words are standard 's's. Typical for the period; a very rare edition.
