Suzy Stool Folding Stool, by Adrian Reed, 1984. This surprisingly clever folding stool dates from 1984.
The "Suzy Stool" was designed by Adrian Reed for London-based Princes Design Works.
He was clearly inspired by the famous TS chair designed by Roger Tallon and published by Sensou in the 1970s.
This stool certainly lacks ingenuity.
Everything about the minimalist design is well-thought-out in terms of functionality and design.
It opens and closes in an instant. It offers unfailing stability and sturdiness.
Folded, it is extra flat, with a hole in the seat for hanging and vertical storage.
Its attractive design makes it ideal as a bedside table or small side table.
In good condition with minor signs of wear. Dimensions: Folded height 67 cm, Seat height 41 cm, diameter 29.5 cm
Weight: 2.4 kg
