Product description
The sculpture was made in the 1960s in Italy.
A stone sculpture with an organic, synthetic form, depicting a simplified female nude. The surface is smoothly polished, maintained in shades of grey with delicate veining of the material, which emphasises the natural character of the material. The silhouette, reduced to the most important accents – the lines of the hips, breasts and shoulders – brings to mind modernist explorations in 20th-century sculpture, where the expression of form and the power of abbreviation were important. An object with a clear decorative and sculptural function, it will work well as an autonomous work of art in an interior.
Condition: The item is preserved in its original condition and may have minor scratches and normal signs of wear.
