Product description
Original vintage Meta table lamp by Stilnovo, designed around 1970 and distributed in the Netherlands by Artimeta. A characteristic Italian design with a large opal white hemispherical shade, chromed curved support structure, and heavy black cylindrical base. The design has a distinct Space Age / Mid-Century aesthetic and is very sculptural both on and off. The lamp is in good vintage condition. The black base has some signs of wear, there is a small dent on top of the chrome, and a spot on the back of the shade. The second part of the cord has been replaced. The lamp works well. See the photos for a complete impression of the condition. Dimensions approx: 41 cm wide × 41 cm deep × 40 cm high. A beautiful and recognizable 1970s design for lovers of Stilnovo, Artimeta, and Italian vintage design.
