A stunning, luxurious wall or ceiling fixture (flush mount/large sconce) shaped like a geometric cube, manufactured in the 1970s by the renowned German lighting company Hillebrand Leuchten. It is a prime example of West German Space Age and Mid-Century Modern design.
The shade is crafted from exceptionally thick, heavy, transparent pressed glass featuring a deep, textured finish. The outer surfaces display a geometric pyramid pattern that creates an "Ice Glass" (or "Ice Cube") effect, while the center features a striking, radiating solar rosette. This sculptural glass design spectacularly diffuses the light, casting dynamic, decorative reflections onto the ceiling and walls.
