This extraordinary accent lamp was created from an original Scheurich pagoda vase from the 1960s/70s. The vase's distinctive architecture, with its stepped, pagoda-like forms, is among the most iconic designs of West German Pottery. The deep blue flowing glaze, interwoven with light ice-blue and white tones, is particularly striking, giving the ceramic an almost water-like appearance.
As a deliberate contrast, the vase is paired with a handcrafted lampshade made from a modern designer fabric. The abstract motif evokes a vividly colored dreamscape with mountains, clouds, and light effects in shades of blue, violet, orange, and pink. The interplay with the cool ceramic creates an unusual, artistic room design that blends mid-century modern design with contemporary illustration.

Conversion to a lamp
The original Scheurich vase has been carefully converted into a lamp without any drilling. The ceramic remains completely intact, preserving its collector's value and original character. Its compact size makes the lamp ideal for sideboards, shelves, bedside tables, or as a colorful accent on a console.
Technology – wireless & flexible
The lamp is powered by a rechargeable LED bulb, which can be charged via a USB-C cable. It provides up to 12 hours of light. The bulb can be purchased separately for approximately €12. The LED bulb is suitable for outdoor use. It can be dimmed using the included remote control – several light colors are available. Thanks to its wireless operation, the lamp is particularly well-suited for locations without a direct power outlet, such as balconies, patios, or gardens.
