Desk with a solid oak live edge top with the following dimensions:
Width: 265 cm
Depth: 75 cm
Height: 76 cm
Thickness: 6 cm
The top features a live edge on the front, while the edge on the back is straight so that the desk can be placed flush against the wall. The knots are filled and the wood is finished with a clear 2K lacquer (Rigostep Skylt Original), making it very low-maintenance.
The base is made of black steel (tube size 10 cm x 5 cm), clear lacquered, and is 65 cm wide. It can be easily disassembled from the top for transport.
The matching wall shelf has the following dimensions:
Width: 296 cm
Depth: 26 cm
Thickness: 4 cm
The wall shelf can be mounted using the steel pins, corner brackets, or both. This depends on the desired load capacity. Recesses for attachment with steel pins are present on both the back and the right side of the shelf.
The wall shelf is finished in the same way as the desk (knots filled, clear 2K lacquer).
The desk was commissioned by Zwartafelen in 2017 and has been in use since then. It still looks neat but does show some signs of use.
Both the desk and the wall shelf are now disassembled and ready for collection.
