Original three-seater sofa model FD 130/3, designed circa 1960 by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for France & Daverkosen (later France & Søn), Denmark. This model is considered one of the most refined examples of Scandinavian mid-century modern design, combining clean lines with exceptional craftsmanship.
Crafted from solid teak wood, the sofa has been fully restored. It features new upholstery in a high-quality light bouclé fabric by Sahco by Kvadrat. A new dust cover has been added beneath the seat, and the wooden frame has been carefully cleaned and newly sealed.
The design stands out with its elegantly curved armrests, sled-style legs, and beautifully shaped back, making it ideal for free-standing placement in a room.
Condition: Professionally restored – new upholstery and fabric, frame cleaned and refinished, structurally checked. A high-quality and iconic vintage sofa in excellent condition.
