Charming handcrafted sculpture of a sow, carved from reddish-brown stained wood. The work is intentionally stylized. Its exact origin remains to be determined, but it is likely a vintage decorative piece from East Asia, dating from the second half of the 20th century, in the style of certain Chinese or Japanese ornamental sculptures. Length 12cm, height 5.5cm, width 6cm. Good overall condition with some minor scratches and small, discreet dents. Approximately 200-300g.
