Terragraph
This technique was developed in Israel. Derived from the screen printing technique, it is characterized by the use of sand mixed with pigments as the base element. The sand comes from different deserts depending on the required texture and color. The initial step consists of coating the paper or canvas with a layer of silicone and oil to hold the previously dried sand in place. The desired design is then printed using the screen printing process onto this prepared surface. This printing technique results in works that are textured, luminous, and colorful.
Provenance: Atelier Corneille
Delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
