Elegant set of six Danish dining chairs, designed by Henning Kjærnulf for KS Møbler, Denmark, 1960s. The design is characteristic of the refined Danish furniture tradition from this period. The chairs have slender, tapered legs and a slightly curved backrest that flows smoothly into the rear legs. A particularly beautiful detail are the rounded connections at the front of the seat frame, where the tops of the legs deliberately form a visible part of the design. The frames are made of warm teak and have a light appearance due to the open construction. The wide, subtly curved backrest simultaneously offers good support. All six chairs have been professionally restored and re-upholstered. The new mottled upholstery in natural grey, beige, and sand tones combines beautifully with the warm color of the teak and has a rich woven texture.Dimensions are as follows: height 80 cm, width 46 cm, depth 46 cm. Seat height 44 cm.Carefully selected vintage design. Professionally restored where necessary, with respect for the original design, craftsmanship, and the materials used.
