Product description
A beautiful set of two black Locus Solus chairs—a highly decorative and playful design by the Italian master designer Gae Aulenti. Dating from 1964, this design echoes the classic forms of bentwood chairs.
These pieces still feature their original grey, waxed-cotton seat cushions—complete with a 1980s polka-dot pattern—and black cotton backrests. (The cushions have recently been dry-cleaned but still show some signs of age and use.) The frames are in excellent condition. (The price is for the set of 2 chairs.)
