A beautiful set of two hand-blown glass bowls from the iconic 'Satellite' series, designed by world-renowned glass artist Bertil Vallien for the Swedish glassworks Kosta Boda.
This series from the 1990s (Artist Collection) is instantly recognizable by its deep cobalt blue color with unique inclusions of red and yellow glass fragments and silver- or gold-like leaf metal. Because each piece is handcrafted, the pattern in the glass of both bowls is unique.

Large bowl: Model number 59252, diameter approx. 21 cm, height approx. 11.5 cm.
Small bowl: Model number 59251, diameter approx. 15.5 cm, height approx. 10 cm. Signature: Both bowls are hand-engraved on the underside: "Kosta Boda Artist Coll. B. Vallien" with the corresponding model number.
Condition:
The bowls are in excellent vintage condition without chips or limescale.
The set forms a beautiful decorative duo, and I prefer to sell it as a set.
Pickup is preferred.
