Product description
Set of four Bauhaus folding side chairs model B751, produced by Ligna in Czechoslovakia during the 1930s, following the Thonet design tradition.
The chairs feature sculptural curved beechwood frames combined with molded plywood seats and backrests. The characteristic oval opening in the backrest adds both visual lightness and functionality.
Their elegant folding mechanism reflects the Bauhaus philosophy of combining practical design with refined craftsmanship.
These chairs perfectly represent the clean geometry and functional clarity typical of Central European modernist furniture from the interwar period.
