Beautiful pair of vintage bookends in authentic French Art Deco style from the 1920s and 1930s. Each piece is carefully crafted from light marbled natural stone and contrasting dark natural stone. This creates a powerful, geometric design reminiscent of wings or birds in flight.
These sculptural objects are not only functional but also a true eye-catcher for any interior, from classic to modern. Perfect as bookends, but also stylish as a decorative duo on a sideboard or mantelpiece. The bookends do have slight chips due to age. However, this does not detract from the powerful design.
