Product description
A unique set of six CH40 dining chairs designed by Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen, Denmark, 1960. The design is clear and bold, with perfectly balanced proportions. At first glance, it appears to be a rather minimalist chair, but the combination of solid oak and papercord gives it a warm, natural look. The CH40 was not in production for long and is therefore not often offered for sale. The chairs are in excellent condition. The woodwork has been restored, and the seats have been reupholstered with new papercord.
Dimensions are as follows: height 79 cm, width 53 cm, depth 41 cm.
