This set of crystal glasses is the "Skal" model, designed by Bjørn Wiinblad for Rosenthal Studio Line. The design represents a classic example of Mid-Century Modern glassware, characterised by its distinctive geometric base and clear cylindrical form. Crafted from clear crystal, the set includes glasses in three distinct sizes: five measuring 13 cm in height, seven measuring 11 cm in height, and twelve measuring 8 cm in height. The base of each glass features a frosted, sculptural element that contrasts with the transparent upper section, a signature detail of the Skal series. The Rosenthal Studio Line maker's mark is visible on the underside. The set remains in superb condition, preserving the clarity and structural integrity of the original design. Three additional glasses, included as a bonus, exhibit tiny damage to the rims (2x13cm and 1x11cm). They're on the last picture. These glasses are well-suited for a refined dining setting or a curated bar cart. Their architectural silhouette complements both vintage and contemporary tableware collections.
