Background info and explanation:
In the 1960s and 70s, Aldo Jacober designed various items and products for different Italian companies, some of which have even ended up in various museums due to their design.
The Trieste folding chair was 'almost certainly' designed by him for Alberto Bazzani, an Italian company. There are many different designs available. With more or fewer slats on top, thicker or thinner, and even with webbing seats and rounder backrests.
It is unknown to us whether they can be 100% attributed to the designer and the mentioned company. Nevertheless, you are buying 2 beautiful chairs with a story, organic with a good seat and fine backrest indentation.
