Beautiful original set of two CH36 dining chairs, designed by Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen & Søn. The CH36 is a refined example of Wegner's timeless design philosophy, in which functionality, craftsmanship, and natural materials come together. The elegant lines, subtle details, and excellent seating comfort have made this model a beloved classic of Danish design for decades. This set is crafted from solid oak and features new, professionally hand-woven natural papercord, executed according to the traditional Danish weaving technique. The woodwork has developed a beautiful natural patina and is in neat vintage condition without damage. Both chairs bear the original Carl Hansen & Søn mark.
Carefully selected vintage design. Professionally restored where necessary, with respect for the original design, craftsmanship, and the materials used.
