Rare, likely Scandinavian, five-light chandelier in brass, teak, and glass, in excellent condition.
The superb, highly original textured oval glass shades, decorated throughout, create a unique effect whether lit or unlit. They are extremely rare, if not unique; I have not seen any other examples.
The black brass arms of the chandelier are adorned with teak strips, as is the base of the chandelier. There are a few minor, barely visible repairs to this area. The brass shades beautifully showcase the glass, which is in perfect condition, with no cracks or chips.
Perfect for an industrial loft decor with a Scandinavian modernist piece of furniture, a space age pendant light, a Stilnovo floor lamp, a retro Cosack lamp from the 1950s, 60s, or 70s, or a Lunel or Arlus wall sconce.
