Entirely Crafted From Natural Crystalline White Marble, This Particular Example Stands Out for an Exceptionally Rare Characteristic: Both the Large Oval Top and the Two Sculptural Bases Display a Remarkably Uniform and Luminous White Colour, Almost Entirely Free From the Dark Veining Commonly Found in Many Other Samo Tables.
The Exceptional Purity of the Marble Enhances Carlo Scarpa’s Architectural Design. The Oval Top Appears Almost Suspended Above the Two Imposing Fluted Bases, Creating a Sculptural, Harmonious and Extraordinarily Elegant Composition.
