Mid-century modern ceiling lamp by Rudolf Zimmermann of Bamberg (RZB) with a glass shade in Art Deco/Bauhaus style.
The shade is made of milky white satin glass and provides beautiful diffused light.
This lamp features the patented DKN system that RZB introduced in 1960 and still uses today. It has two spring clips that make it very easy to attach and remove the shade. The shade is larger than the fixture, so the fixture is virtually invisible once attached. The lamp has a porcelain socket (E27).
