An iconic design classic of German furniture history: the "Relaxer 2" by Verner Panton, produced by Rosenthal Einrichtung.
The characteristic beechwood frame with its curved, crescent-shaped legs is completely original – including the manufacturer's mark engraved in the wood, featuring the model name, designer's name, and Rosenthal logo. The cream-colored fabric upholstery is also original and in good condition; it can be removed via a zipper.
The wooden frame shows signs of age (scratches, minor blemishes), which lend the piece its authentic vintage character.
A rare piece for design enthusiasts and collectors of mid-century modern furniture.
