For sale is an original Rosenthal Studio-Linie „Aqualux“ candle holder in the elegant 2-arm version. The design comes from the renowned designers Timo Sarpaneva and Johannes Dinnebier and is attributed to the 1980s. Characteristic of the series is the refined combination of transparent glass, water, and light with a minimalist, chrome-plated metal frame. The two glass inserts are removable and each consist of a long cylindrical vessel with a wide-open glass bowl. Originally, „Aqualux“ was designed as a floating candle holder. The staggered height of the two arms creates a particularly sculptural and balanced silhouette. A beautiful collector's item from the Rosenthal Studio-Linie and at the same time a decorative design object for modern, minimalist, or Mid-Century-inspired interiors.
