His active years, 1970-1989, in particular, produced many beautiful works. Style: His work is characterized by the modernist glassblowing style that was particularly exclusive and sought-after in West Germany during these decades. The bowl has a blue-green Mediterranean color scheme in clear glass. The pontil is matte and clearly visible when the bowl is held up to the light (see photo). This bowl is truly a beauty.
