Side Table by Robert Slezák, very rare early Bauhaus model from the Czech Republic often mistakenly credited to Marcel Breuer (Thonet, Mücke Melder), he placed thewood in-between the tubes not on top nickel chromed tubular steel frame, with screwed on top table top has been painted over many times, which means the original wood has been protected over the last 75 or so years and will be beautiful if you chose to strip and restore the original finish from private collection,very early model: screwed together; from the1930s tube, tube diameter: 2,0 cm top thick: 1,4 cm
