This original pendant chandelier, originating from the 1950s, represents an exceptionally successful and aesthetically refined example of progressive Czechoslovak design production, carrying the characteristic and sought-after spirit of the Mid-Century style. The overall artistic concept of the fixture is based on an impressive and highly elegant harmony of materials, consisting of precisely reconstructed and professionally cleaned chromed steel forming the supporting structure and suspension rod, complemented by an imaginative colored glass shade. This glass shade features an original and typical period graphic motif, which perfectly reflects the specific artistic direction of the 1950s, placing emphasis on dynamic shapes, clean lines, and the integration of modern artistic expression with everyday practical function.
