Beautiful and rare original set from the 1970s, consisting of a large pendant lamp and a perfectly matching table lamp by Vetri Murano, manufactured on the island of Murano in Italy. Both lamps are crafted from mouth-blown opaline Murano glass with an elegant spiral (Rigadin) glass decoration incorporating a subtle amber-colored/gold thread. The combination of the sculptural glass and the original brass details gives the lamps a timeless look that fits perfectly within a Mid-Century Modern, Space Age, or contemporary interior. See an example in the first photo. What makes this set special is that both the pendant lamp and the table lamp are still together. The original Vetri Murano sticker is still present. Both lamps emit a warm, atmospheric, and diffused light and are true eye-catchers both during the day and in the evening.
