COLLECTOR'S ITEM
A rare and beautiful West German vase by Bay Keramik. This vase is part of the Istanbul series, designed by Bodo Mans in the 1960s. The shape is similar to the well-known Ravenna and Bristol series. The ear-shaped handle is angular and rises from the shoulder, and the lip can be pulled to one side. The whole effect shows influences from artists such as Picasso and Wassily Kandinksy.
